WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
Our reception staff create a permanent booking for your preferred day and time. A $50 Deposit per child is required upon booking and full payment of your account must be paid within the first week of the term. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, eftpos or direct debit.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
We believe it is important that lessons continue to be affordable for larger families; therefore, the following family discount policy applies.
Discounts apply from the class of lesser value
1st Swimmer – Normal cost
2nd Swimmer – Normal cost
3rd Swimmer – 50% Discount
4th Swimmer – 50% Discount
MAKE UP LESSON REQUIREMENTS
- Scheduled lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
(This enables other swimmers the opportunity to book their make-ups) - Once booked your makeup lesson cannot be cancelled and rebooked.
- Makeup lessons cannot be taken off your next payment.
- Makeup lessons must be used within the current term.
- Permanent booking will take preference to a make-up lesson. In this instance the makeup lesson can be re-scheduled.
- Makeup lessons are subject to availability. We do not guarantee you will be able to book a make-up at a time you
desire or that a place will be available.
